Had comfortable stay in this nice hotel, the staff were nice, location was amazing right across the road from Riccarton shopping centre. Location: the venue was just off the shopping mall, easy from the airport by car, and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. I visited Fox & Ferret Riccarton just walking distance from the venue for a few drinks.

we had a very relaxing at this hotel: ideal location and amiable stuff. the room was perfect little and offered with a jacuzzi tub and a qs bed and a bath. the team provided a great service. we appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The spa bath in the room was absolutely amazing, providing the ultimate relaxation. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and excellent air conditioning that allowed me to set the perfect temperature. The location was prime, right by the mall on a busy road, yet surprisingly quiet. I also loved the well-appointed kitchen facilities and the free WiFi that worked perfectly. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel were exceptional.

This city break accommodation provided a comfortable and affordable stay. The location was fantastic as it was close to shops and restaurants, and had easy access to public transportation. The room had great facilities including a clean and tidy bathroom and kitchen area. The staff were friendly and helpful which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside of this accommodation was the noise level that could be heard from outside the room. However, this was a minor issue and didn't impact my overall experience at this great location.

Stayed at a motel for an early morning flight. The accommodation was a bit dated, but the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the busy location, it was quiet, and the parkland view was a nice touch. The room was equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, variable-jet shower and makeup remover, and the location was walking distance to shopping, and restaurants.

The check-in process was a little lengthy due to detailed credit card requirements and language barriers.

The warmth of the room was immediately felt upon opening the door, which was much appreciated given the bitter weather outside. the room had both ceiling and floor heating, and the kitchen and bathroom tiles were lovely to walk on. the location of the motel was handy, being within walking distance to a mall and not too far from the center of town. Complementary tea and coffee were provided, as well as a microwave.

The road nearby was quite noisy, which may be bothersome for light sleepers. the lounge furniture felt small and uncomfortable for larger people, which may detract from relaxation and enjoyment during the stay.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. They greeted us by name upon arrival and offered us a ground level room as requested. The room was absolutely clean and tidy, with a comfy bed that we loved. We also enjoyed the spa and the convenient location next to a big shopping center and bus transportation. this hotel provided us with quality, affordable accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay at a motel in a fantastic location. The staff provided excellent service and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were convenient. Although there were a few minor issues, overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I was very satisfied with my stay.
